and much life change am i experiencing right now. paul and i did get married on august 18. it was absolutely wonderful and the honeymoon in hawaii wasn't too bad either. thank you to all who were able to make the wedding and/or reception...and for the many wonderful gifts that we are still unpacking! ;) we got moved into our new apartment here in los angeles late on august 30, but we have yet to fully get settled in. i think it may take a while. meanwhile, stacks of stuff and boxes and luggage remain. and eventually we'll make it to the grocery store and eat real food. we got started working on campus last tuesday (sept. 4) and have pretty much been going nonstop since then. we had a reception in san francisco this past weekend so paul's family and friends could celebrate with us. it was awesome, but definitely added just a little more chaos. but that's life. and i'm pretty sure this will be quite a significant time to trust God and turn to him for peace.
i'll hopefully get a more thourough update on here soon. maybe even with pictures. in the meantime, we covet your prayers as we figure out marriage, ministry at USC, and a new home.
